Hey! I’m Jackie.

I lead Aoki Studios and oversee our event coverage from planning through delivery.

I started Aoki Studios after seeing how often live events were documented by teams that didn’t understand event flow, timing, or the pressure of working in real-world conditions.

My role is to make sure that doesn’t happen.

Whether we’re covering a large-scale convention or a focused conference, I work closely with our clients to understand priorities, coordinate logistics, and ensure our team operates efficiently on-site. The goal is simple: capture what matters, stay out of the way, and deliver photo and video assets that are useful to you.
